♦ If you are choosing from our existing collections, you can choose a piece, and specify all the variables needed (color, size, etc...). Pieces will be ready to be dispatched within 4-5 business days.

♦ For personalized pieces, we take 3-5 business days following order confirmation to send you design options. Once we agree on a final design, production takes 7-10 business days for jewelry pieces, and up to 3 weeks for wooden and metal pieces. Delivery takes an additional 2- 5 business days depending on the location.

♦ Once you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your order has been received.
